Issue

An Internal Server Error is produced when trying to sync Bill.com to Oracle NetSuite.

Explanation

This occurs when the Oracle NetSuite password entered in Bill.com contains a special character (ex: !, @, #, $, %, etc.)

Solution

Update your Oracle NetSuite password to one that doesn't contain any special characters and try again. 

If the error persists, please contact Bill.com Customer Support.
