Explanation
This error occurs when a bill with one or more billable line items is updated in Bill.com after the bill has already synced to QBO, and the invoice for the billable item(s) has already been created in QBO. The sync cannot edit or delete the billable line items on the bill if the invoice for them has already been created in QBO.
Solution
Update the bill and invoice manually as needed in QBO, then contact Customer Support to clear the error.
