All bill line items needs to have the same location

 

Explanation

This error occurs when:

  • A bill in Bill.com is missing a Location
  • More than 1 Location Name is used on the bill. QuickBooks Online only allows 1 Location Name to be used on a bill

 

Solution

Enter a Location for the line item that is missing, and sync again. If more than 1 Location is used on the bill, QuickBooks Online will reject the bill. QuickBooks Online can only accept 1 Location or multiple Locations with the same Location Name.

For example, you can have a bill with 5 Location line items all for Location Name: San Francisco. You cannot have 5 different Location line items with different Location Names (San Francisco, New York, Dallas, Miami, Washington).
