Missing Invoice acctid: XXXXX

 

Explanation

This error occurs when a received payment cannot sync, for one of two reasons: 

  • The associated invoice is has not yet synced to QuickBooks Online
  • The associated invoice in QuickBooks Online is not connected via the sync

 

Solution

Contact Bill.com Customer Support; we can re-sync the invoice. Alternately, you can record the payment manually and we can mark the payment from Bill.com to not sync.
