Error

Explanation

This error occurs when a vendor is missing an entry in the Company Name field, which is required by Oracle NetSuite. 

Solution

1. From the Sync Error page, click on the vendor's name
2. Click Edit 
3. Update the Company Name field, and select Type: Company 

   

4. Click Save
5. Sync again. The vendor will sync successfully, and the error will clear.
