Explanation
When an invoice is marked to be emailed but the company address in QuickBooks Desktop is missing, a sync error will surface from Bill.com.
Solution
In QuickBooks go to Company > Company Information:
- Click Edit
- Enter a valid email address
- Click Save
- Sync with Bill.com
