Explanation
This error occurs when a sync is trying to complete but there is a pending update for QuickBooks
Solution
- Close your QuickBooks software
- Restart QuickBooks software and you will get a message that a QuickBooks update has been downloaded and it will ask if you want to install now. Choose yes to install the QuickBooks update.
- Reboot your computer, then restart QuickBooks and run sync
