Explanation
A QB File sync error occurs when the sync no longer detects the original Accounts Payable account that was in use in QuickBooks when the sync was first established.
Solution
Please contact Bill.com Customer Support and let us know if you are syncing with a different QuickBooks company file or using a new Accounts Payable account to record your transactions.
