Explanation
After changing your Bill.com login information, the new credentials need to be updated in the Sync Dashboard.
Solution
- Open the Bill.com Sync Dashboard.
- Select the Sync profile and then click Edit.
- On the Where's your QuickBooks Company File page of the Profile Editor, click Next.
- On the Enter your Bill.com user name and password page of the Profile Editor, update the information, and then click Next.
- Select the Bill.com Org to sync, and then click Finish.
