Your bill.com login information has changed

Explanation

After changing your Bill.com login information, the new credentials need to be updated in the Sync Dashboard.

Solution

  1. Open the Bill.com Sync Dashboard.
  2. Select the Sync profile and then click Edit.
  3. On the Where's your QuickBooks Company File page of the Profile Editor, click Next.
  4. On the Enter your Bill.com user name and password page of the Profile Editor, update the information, and then click Next.
  5. Select the Bill.com Org to sync, and then click Finish.
