The TaxId field in QuickBooks Online is encrypted in vendor

 

Explanation

This error occurs when a vendor's TaxID field is not fully visible in QuickBooks and marked to be encrypted.  

 

Solution

Check the Tax Id fieldQuickBooks Online. Ensure that it is correct and all numbers are visible.  Try syncing again - if this issue persists, contact Customer Support. You can also manually update the vendor details in Bill.com and sync again
