Explanation
This error occurs when there is a duplicate item (product or service) in Bill.com.
Solution
- Verify that the new item created is actually needed in Bill.com. If not, please delete.
- If the item is needed, please edit and update the name to something unique
- Please contact customer service for assistance in linking the items between Bill.com and QBO if the item is not a duplicate
