Explanation

This error occurs when there is a duplicate account in Bill.com. 

Solution

  • Verify that the new account created is actually needed in Bill.com. If not, please delete.
  • If the account is needed, please edit and update the name to something unique
  • Please contact customer service for assistance in linking the accounts between Bill.com and QBO if the account is not a duplicate
