Deposit To account for this payment must be of type other current asset
This error occurs when an AR payment in Bill.com is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO) but the Deposit To account on the payment is of a type other than other current asset.
- Change the Deposit To account's type to other current asset and sync
- You can also set the Deposit To account in the sync preference to use for all future payments
- Contact Customer Support if you do not want the payment to sync at all, or if the above solutions do not work
