Explanation
This error occurs when:
- QuickBooks Online is experiencing intermittent issues which is affecting a stable sync connection
- Check [http://status.developer.intuit.com/](http://status.developer.intuit.com/) for current status and reported incidents
- QBO login credentials used to connect the sync are invalid
- QBO login credentials used to connect the sync are no longer valid
Solution
Disconnect and reconnect the sync.
- Hover over the gear icon, click Settings
- Click Setup under Sync
- Click Disconnect
- Click Yes to confirm
- Click QuickBooks Online
- Click Connect to QuickBooks
- Enter Admin login credentials for QuickBooks Online
- Click Sign In
- Select the company in QuickBooks Online, if more than one, to sync
- Click Confirm
- Review that the company selected is correct, then click Authorize
