Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when a customer or vendor in Sage Intacct is missing a piece of information that is required in Bill.com to save the vendor or customer. The missing info will be indicated in the error, and will be one of the following:
- Address Line 1
- Zip Code
- Country (if Multi-Currency is enabled in Sage Intacct)
How to Fix the Sync Error
In Sage Intacct, add the missing piece of information to the vendor or customer record(s), as indicated by the sync error message, save, and sync again.
