You may notice that customer, client, and vendor information is being captured in a different way. Federal and State regulations require us to collect this information from our customers.

Requiring an address for vendors

We require a vendor address for all vendors at time of payment. If an address is not available, there will be a message on the Unpaid Bills tab to Update vendor address.

Purpose of Use

If we need your Purpose of Use, you will see a “Needs Attention” item on your To Do list to provide it to us.

Owner Date of Birth

When filling out or editing the company profile, if the owner’s Date of Birth is required, there will be a field for you to enter the date.
