Error 503 first byte timeout

An HTTP error 503 pops up when the server cannot send the resources requested when the client clicks to send information and there are a number of reasons why this can happen.
We suggest clearing the browser by following the directions below, which will require restarting the computer. 

  1. Log out of Bill.com
  2. Clear your browser history/cookies
  3. Update Flash http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
  4. Update Java http://java.com/en/
  5. Restart your computer
  6. Log back in to Bill.com
