Communicating with Support

On Friday, July 13, 2018, an update was made to maintain the security of communications with our customers.  

To submit a new request, please log in to your Bill.com account, click Support, and click Contact Us.

To review previous support requests, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bill.com account
  2. Hover over the gear icon and click Support
  3. In the upper right, locate an envelope with a magnifying glass (second icon from the left)
  4. Click the subject line next to this ticket
  5. Enter your reply in the open text field and click Submit
