To submit a new request, please log in to your Bill.com account, click Support, and click Contact Us.
To review previous support requests, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bill.com account
- Hover over the gear icon and click Support
- In the upper right, locate an envelope with a magnifying glass (second icon from the left)
- Click the subject line next to this ticket
- Enter your reply in the open text field and click Submit
