Secure Communications with Bill.com Support in the Message Center

On Friday, July 13, 2018, an update was made to maintain the security of communications with our customers.

Why are messages sent to the Message Center and not an email address?

The Message Center is the most reliable, secure way for you to receive messages from Bill.com Support. Messages are accessed through your Bill.com account and ensures that any information sent to you cannot be viewed by anyone else.

Reviewing a previous request

To review your support requests, log in to your Bill.com account, click Support, and click Contact Us or My Support History.

  1. Log in to your Bill.com account
  2. Hover over the gear icon and click Support
  3. In the upper right, click Message Center
  4. Click the Ticket ID number or subject line of the ticket

To respond or update the ticket, enter your reply in the open text field and click Submit.

Submitting a new Support request

To submit a new request, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bill.com account
  2. Hover over the Gear icon and click Support

Click Chat or Email Us to search our Help Center for information and instructions on your topic or issue.  If you aren't able to find the answer, open a request for assistance.
