Credit card accounts cannot be used on bills in Bill.com if the account syncs with Xero - they will cause a sync error when attempting to sync to Xero.

 
Xero is the only accounting software currently, in which credit card accounts cannot be used on bills because in Xero, a credit card account is set up as a bank account; it is advised that credit card bills be processed and paid outside of Bill.com.
