Explanation
This error occurs when the account type on a bill is incorrect or the Charge Card is not set up properly in Intacct.
Solution
Please check the following:
- Please be sure that the proper account type is being used on the bill.
- If this is a credit card account, please be sure you have setup your Credit Card Bills and Payments in Intacct correctly. Please refer to this article to set that up in Intacct: Intacct Charge Card Setup and Workflow
