This transaction has been deposited. If you want to change or delete it, you must edit the deposit it appears on and remove it first
This error occurs when a payment received has been edited in Bill.com and the update is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO), after it has previously synced to QBO and has been deposited.
- Remove the payment from the deposit in QBO to allow the update to sync
- Manually update the payment in QBO and contact Customer Support to clear the error
