Changing customer credit card information

As necessary, customer credit card information may be updated by following these simple instructions:

  1. Go to the customer profile and hover over Details
  2. Click on Credit Cards
  3. Click the blue "Add Card" button
  4. Enter Credit Card Details

 

Entering a new credit card will disable the old one. A customer can only have one credit card on file at a time. Credit card details cannot be edited. For security purposes, cards have to be re-entered if changes need to be made.
