Invoices marked to be emailed in Intacct are not currently emailed or added to the email queue when they sync into Bill.com. The invoice will need to be emailed or added to the email queue in Bill.com in order to be emailed.
To e-mail an existing invoice in Bill.com:
- Hover over Recievables and click Invoices
- Click the Invoice Number of the invoice you want to email, and you have 2 options:
- Hover over Invoice Actions and click Email to email the invoice immediately
- Click the edit icon and check the Email check box, and select Later to add the invoice to the "Invoices To Email" queue
