Invalid billable options You have to select a valid Item if you want a line to be billable

 

Explanation

This error occurs when the Customer/Job: Billable box is checked on an expense line, but an Item hasn't been selected.

 Solution

Billable lines cannot sync to Intacct if a valid Item is not selected, so choose one of the following solutions:

  1. If this expense line does not need to be billable, un-check the Billable box in the Job field for that line. 
  2. If it does need to be billable, create the line as a new Item on the bill instead of an expense, and check the Billable box in the Job field for that item.
