Upgrade
From Basic to Advanced Receivables
- Hover over Receivables, and then click Upgrade
- Click Start Now
- If prompted, enter in your emergency information (where we can reach you in the event of a payment emergency) and continue
- This will upgrade your account, and give you access to all of our Advanced Receivables features. Learn more about them here:
From Basic to Advanced Payables
- Hover over Payables, and then click Upgrade
- Click Try It Now
- Click Continue
- This will upgrade your account, and give you access to all of our Advanced Receivables features. Learn more about them here:

When first creating the account, if "An employee or individual receiving payment" was selected, upgrade options will not be available. Please contact Customer Support to upgrade.
- When you upgrade, you will need to re-add any bank accounts to complete verification necessary for these advanced account types
Enable additional features
- Hover over the gear icon
, and then click Settings - Under Your Account with Us, click on Features
- Select the features you wish to use with your upgraded account:
- Fax Number - Fax documents directly to your Bill.com Inbox
- Advanced Payables or Advanced Receivables - Take control of your workflow. Get paid faster, and pay bills smarter.
- Auto Bill Entry - Eliminate data entry! Documents in your Inbox can be processed for you, for just $0.49 per document.
- Cash Forecast - Get a clear picture of your cash flow.
Change your Price Plan
- Hover over the gear icon , and then click Settings
- Under Your Account with Us, click Price Plan
- Review the available pricing options and select the plan that's right for you and your team. Click Select to make your choice.
