Some customers are currently experiencing some issues with the Bill.com Android app. 

 

What's happening

The app continuously loads the Pay Bills page, and never resolves. 

 

Who is affected?

Some Android users. This bug affects some Android devices, but not others; it varies from device to device. 

 

When will it be fixed?

We're currently working to fix this bug, and will update this page with an ETA as soon as we have more information. 

 

What should I do until then?

In the meantime, we recommend using a browser to pay your bills via Bill.com. You can still approve and pay bills from your mobile device (using the mobile browser) or from your computer.

The bug related to the 9/16/2015 iOS update has been fixed, and Apple has approved our update. The update is now available to download in the App Store.

We are currently experiencing some issues in the Bill.com iPhone app, related to the latest iOS updated (released by Apple on September 16, 2015). 

 

What's happening?

The app crashes when users try to approve or pay a bill. 

 

Who is affected?

iPhone users running iOS 9. 

 

When will it be fixed?

We're working hard to repair the app. However, since all changes must go through the standard Apple approval process, it may take 5 - 10 business days before an update is available for download. 

We will post any news updates to this page as soon as we have more information.

 

What should I do until then?

In the meantime, we recommend using a browser to pay your bills via Bill.com. You can still approve and pay bills from your phone, using the mobile browser, or from your computer.
