This transaction is missing 'Location' dimension for the Account XXXXX on Line No. 1
This error occurs when the Funds Transfer Location preference isn't set in the Bill.com Sync Preferences. This will only apply if your Bill.com account is syncing to the Root level of a Multi-Entity account in Intacct.
- Hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
- Under Sync, click Preferences
- Click the edit icon
- Select an account from the drop-down menu for Funds Transfer Location
- Click Save
- Sync again
