Mobile app: Paying bills

With the Bill.com app for iOS and Android, paying your bills has never been easier. Now you can pay bills on the go!

  1. Log into the Bill.com app
  2. From your dashboard, click Pay bills to see a quick view of bills you need to pay, grouped by status:
    • Overdue
    • Due Today
    • Due Next 7 Days
    • All Bills
  3. Tap on one of the tiles to pay bills on that list
  4. Paying a bill: 
    1. Select a bill from the list
    2. Here you can change the following:
      • Amount to Pay
      • Pay From account
      • Process Date
    3. You can also review any notes/communications about this bill by clicking the speech bubble icon in the top right corner. 
    4. When you're ready, click Pay, and confirm by clicking Pay again. 

 

Want to pay multiple bills at once? You can do that! This feature is currently only available for iOS. Android users, keep an eye out for an update!

  1. Log into the Bill.com app
  2. Tap the Pay tab
  3. Here you'll be able to see a quick view of bills you need to pay, grouped by status:
    • Overdue
    • Due Today
    • Due Next 7 Days
    • All Bills
  4. Tap on one of the tiles to pay bills on that list
  5. Tap Select
  6. Tap each bill you want to pay, and then tap Pay Selected

Things to know

  • Paying multiple bills with the same process date for the same vendor will combine payments, so your vendor will receive just one payment. However, right now this triggers multiple emails - one for each bill paid. We're working on a fix for this. 
  • User tagging within notes is not currently available.
