This error occurs most likely when the Sync Preferences are not set correctly, especially when the Money Out Clearing and Money In Clearing accounts are incorrect. When these accounts are not selected in the Sync Preferences, or if they are set to incorrect accounts, you are more likely to get sync errors. 



Review the Sync Preferences section in the Sync Menu to ensure all settings are set to the correct Chart of Account.
