Explanation

This error occurs when a Chart of Account type "Bank" is created in Bill.com, and is unable to sync to Xero. Xero requires an extra step to add a bank account number for this type of account.

 

Solution

Create the Bank Account directly in Xero, and allow it to sync into Bill.com.
