OVERVIEW
Historically, customers have been able to log into Bill.com using Google Apps SSO (Single Sign-On). However, beginning April 20th, 2015, Google will be transitioning OpenID 2.0 (the service that allows you to log into Bill.com from Google Apps) to the next version.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does this mean for me?
Due to this change from Google, logging into Bill.com using Google Apps Single Sign-On (SSO) will no longer be supported; going forward, you will need to access your Bill.com account(s) using your Bill.com login credentials.
When will you start supporting the next version of OpenID?
The migration to Google's new code base has been under review, and support has been discontinued as the current SSO implementation had been underused. Our Product team is actively focused on building a product that continues to introduce features benefiting our entire customer base.
