Error
Primary Account number invalid length, expecting(4) on account number. |
Explanation
This error is occurring because the account being synced to Sage Intacct doesn't have an associated 4-digit account number.
Solution
- Hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
- Under Sync, click Status
- Click on the name of the account getting the error
- Click the edit icon
- Enter a unique, 4-digit account number that isn't currently in use in your Bill.com account
- Click Save
- Sync again
