Bill.com neither processes nor stores card information so PCI certification is not a requirement for Bill.com. However, our payment processor, Vantage Card Services, processes and stores card information on behalf of Bill.com and is fully-compliant and PCI Level 1 Certified.

Due to our integration with Vantage, Bill.com is not considered a service provider as defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. Nevertheless, Bill.com takes data security very seriously. All financial information about our customers is encrypted, stored securely and accessible on a need-to-know basis.
