Overview

When multiple users make payments on one Portal account, they can make their payment method private from other users. 

Make your payment method private

1. After logging into the Customer Portal, hover over the gear icon , and then click Bank Accounts or Credit Cards
2. Click your bank account number or credit card number
3. Select Private
4. Click Save

This will hide the bank account or credit card from all other users who log in to the account.
