Choose who resolves denied bills and vendor credits

OVERVIEW

Create a role that has permission to resolve denied bills and vendor credits, then assign that role to someone. 

CREATING A CUSTOM ROLE

  1. Hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
  2. Under Permissions, click Roles
  3. On the Roles page:
    • To create a new role from scratch, click New.
    • To create a new role based on an existing role, click the role name and then click Details > Clone
  4. To add this permission to an existing role, click the role name and then edit it.
  5. Select "Notify about Denied Bills/Vendor Credits"
  6. Click Save

When you assign this role to someone, we'll add a task to their To Do list and email them a notice whenever a bill or vendor credit gets denied.
