OVERVIEW
Create a role that has permission to resolve denied bills and vendor credits, then assign that role to someone.
CREATING A CUSTOM ROLE
- Hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
- Under Permissions, click Roles
- On the Roles page:
- To create a new role from scratch, click New.
- To create a new role based on an existing role, click the role name and then click Details > Clone
- To add this permission to an existing role, click the role name and then edit it.
- Select "Notify about Denied Bills/Vendor Credits"
- Click Save
When you assign this role to someone, we'll add a task to their To Do list and email them a notice whenever a bill or vendor credit gets denied.
