Nothing is truly ever deleted in Bill.com We understand that part of the audit process involves being able to find things later, and reference their audit trails
Most lists in Bill.com include a "Show All" option at the bottom and then once in that view, you can select "Show Inactive" We'll then display any "deleted" objects, so you can click to view them, review the audit trail, any associated documents, etc.


One exception to this are documents in the Inbox, which are not associated with anything in Bill.com A document deleted directly from the Inbox can be found later only in Inbox History.
