A problem occurred while trying to connect to Intacct gateway

Explanation 

When setting up the sync with Sage Intacct, one of the steps of the setup is to subscribe to Sage Intacct's Web Services (aka XML Gateway); if the 'Billcom' sync user in Sage Intacct isn't subscribed to this service, or if they are not a business user with full admin permissions, this error will occur.

Solution

To subscribe to Sage Intacct's Web Services, please see the Sage Intacct Sync Setup Guide's Install Customization Package section. Also ensure the 'Billcom' sync user in Sage Intacct is a business user with full admin permissions.
