A problem occurred while trying to connect to Intacct gateway

Explanation 

When setting up the sync with Intacct, one of the steps of the setup is to subscribe to Intacct's Web Services (aka XML Gateway); if the 'Billcom' sync user in Intacct isn't subscribed to this service, or if they are not a business user with full admin permissions, this error will occur.

Solution

To subscribe to Intacct's Web Services, please see the Intacct Sync Setup Guide's Install Customization Package section. Also ensure the 'Billcom' sync user in Intacct is a business user with full admin permissions.
