In Bill.com, if there is more than one verified bank account, when making payments via the mobile site, the payment will default to the Primary Bank Account (Gear icon > Settings > Overview > Your Company > Bank Accounts).
PAYING FROM A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT
It is possible to pay using one of the other verified bank accounts.
On the Pay bills page:
- Select the bill you'd like to pay
- On the bill page, click More
- Select the desired alternate bank account from the drop-down menu
- Click Pay
