Bill.com Administrators have permission to schedule payments for any bill. Even if a bill has not yet been approved or is only partially approved, an Administrator can schedule a payment for that bill. A Paid bill will continue to reflect the approval status at the time of payment (unapproved or partially approved) after the payment has been made.
