Bill.com will reimburse you for documented late fees associated with late payments for which we are at fault. We are not responsible for payments that are late for reasons beyond our control, including payments that are scheduled to be paid after the due date, lost in the mail or misdirected due to incorrect address or remittance information.
When processing Bill payments via Bill.com, by default our system is set to suggest payment processing at least 6 days prior to the due date. Users that process payments have full control of the process date and are provided with a projected amount of time that it will take the payment to arrive to the vendor.
