The max limit in QuickBooks for Windows is 41 characters, QuickBooks Online is 110 characters and in Sage Intacct is 200 characters.

SOLUTION
Reduce the number of characters in the Pay to field on your vendor record.
Note: In order for your vendors, customers, departments and chart of accounts lists to sync back and forth correctly, Bill.com will match the character limitation of the accounting system your account is syncing to. For example, if you were previously syncing with Sage Intacct and have migrated over to QuickBooks for Windows, the original character limit in Bill.com will change from 200 characters to 41 characters.
