This error occurs when an account associated with the bill is inactive in


To resolve this sync error, check the bill for inactive accounts.

  1. Open the bill with the sync error.
  2. Click the Account link in the Expenses section of the Summary box to determine if it is Active or Inactive.
  3. Once you find the inactive account, reactivate the account by clicking the trash can icon
