Payment could not be synced because related bill(s) didn't sync.

 

Explanation

This error occurs when the bill associated with the payment in question cannot be found in Sage Intacct. This can happen if the originally-synced bill was deleted in Sage Intacct.

 

Solution

Contact Customer Support to resync the bill. Once the bill resyncs, the payment will sync and the error will clear.
