When you click on Chat or Email support, you’ll see our new Search Assistant. This will pop up answers without waiting for an Agent. If you don’t see the answer you need, just click again to connect with us.
"Paid - Not cleared" means that the funds are not yet available to the vendor. Once the funds become available, the ePayment status will change from "Paid - Not cleared", to "Paid". Note: The funds become available to the vendor on the Arrives by date.
