Change email address

You have two email addresses associated with your Bill.com account

  • Login - your personal email address, which you use to log in to your Bill.com account and to receive notifications from us.
  • Inbox - an email address you create in Bill.com (such as yourcompanyname@bill.com), where you send bills, invoices, and other documents you need for payables and receivables.

Please contact Customer Support to change either email address.
