Get authorized to pay bills

When a bank account is added, the only user that is bank authorized and able to pay bills by default is the user that added the bank. To get authorization to pay bills, they will need to nominate other users to the bank account in Once nominated, users will need to pass identity verification to become bank authorized.
Provide the following steps to a bank authorized user in to get authorization to pay bills:
Steps to nominate
  1. Hover over the gear icon, and Settings
  2. Under Your Company, click Bank Accounts
  3. Click the Account Number
  4. Next to Authorized Users, click Add
  5. Select the user to be nominated
  6. Click Save
    • Nominated users will receive an email from with next steps to complete their authorization

Steps to complete authorization

Once nominated, follow these steps to complete authorization process:

  1. In the to do list, click Complete setup for bank *****XXXX
  2. Check the box confirming signing authority or permission to authorize transactions on the account
  3. Click Next
  4. Click Next to proceed to identity verification
  5. Legal name and Home address
    • IMPORTANT: Make sure to use your legal name, and home address (usually the one that appears on your Driver's License)
  6. Click Next
  7. Answer security questions
    • Responses will be compared to public records to verify identity
  8. Click Next
