The Tallie app turns your detailed expense reports into bills, along with all receipts and documents, and keeps all critical expense data in sync: accounts, customers, vendors, items, and classifications.
This means that you can reimburse your employees using the same method you use to pay vendors, and ensures that your expense and billing data is always up to date, no matter the system you are using.
Watch this video for step-by-step instructions for installing the Tallie app. Written instructions are included below.
Installation instructions for new Tallie users:
- Hover over the gear icon, and then click Apps > View all
- Click Tallie
- Click Connect
- Click Continue
- Review the auto-filled account information, and click Confirm.
- Read and accept the Terms of Service by clicking "I agree to these terms".
- Review your price plan and click Next.
- Provide billing information, and click "Begin Billing".
- Complete the App installation by clicking "Begin Bill.com Sync Now".
- You will return to the Tallie sync page in Bill.com - click Sync Now to begin your sync.
Installation instructions for existing Tallie users:
- Hover over the gear icon, and then click Apps > View all
- Click Tallie
- Click Connect
- Click Continue
- Tallie will auto-detect any existing Tallie accounts using the same email address used in Bill.com - select the account you'd like to connect to Bill.com.
- Click "Begin Bill.com Sync Now"
- You will return to the Tallie sync page in Bill.com - click Sync Now to begin your sync.
Once the app installation is complete, a Customer Support Representative from Tallie will contact you to walk you through configuring your Tallie account for the Bill.com app
