Updating Sync Dashboard after changing QuickBooks Desktop file location.

OVERVIEW

If the location of a QuickBooks Desktop file has been changed, the file location information must be updated in the Bill.com Sync Dashboard.

DETAILS

  1. Make sure QuickBooks program is completely closed
  2. Open Bill.com Sync Dashboard 
  3. Click "Edit" on Bill.com Sync Dashboard
  4. Open QuickBooks Desktop
    • If more than one person uses the file, login as QuickBooks Administrator
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Confirm location of QuickBooks company file and click "Next"
  7. Enter Bill.com login credentials and click "Next"
  8. Select the Bill.com organization to sync and click "Finish"
  9. Select Sync Profile and click "Sync"
